The Partner Information & Profile team is responsible for managing and distributing partner data across Just Eat Takeaway. You’ll work hands-on with Java, .NET, and a full stack of frontend and backend tech in a fast-paced microservice environment. We build both backend and frontend applications. We use Kafka and SNS for real-time messaging, SQL and DynamoDB for data, and run (almost) everything on AWS with EKS. Right now, we’re on an exciting consolidation mission to merge two platforms into one and to build global services that support all countries we work in — and we’re looking for engineers ready to make an impact.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS TO THE ROLE:

• Design and develop scalable enterprise solutions using domain driven design and event driven architecture.
• Work with product managers, QEs, and developers to implement new features.
• Work with a variety of languages and tools. You’re not a One-Trick developer.
• Troubleshoot bugs and apply necessary fixes.
• Document design decisions and architectural approaches.
• Participate in code reviews and assist in documentation.
• Create unit/integration tests and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Work in both backend and frontend.
