Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Design and develop robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and/or C# .NET Core. DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Ensure code quality, test coverage, and deployment automation. Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Work closely with QA, UX, and product teams to deliver features on time.
