Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Wells Fargo is seeking a Full Stack Lead Specialty Software Engineer to join the Spread Technology team in Fixed Income, supporting asset classes such as Structured Products, Credit, and Municipal Bonds. This role is pivotal to the success of strategic initiatives Front Office Sales and Trading applications, and is designed for engineers who thrive in high-performance, front-to-back delivery environments.
You will lead the design and development of low-latency Micro UIs and robust backend services, contributing to pricing, risk, and PnL workflows. In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives on selected domains
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable, cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and technologies
