Knowledge of the aviation industry. Experience as a Full Stack Developer and/or in mobile development (web apps and cross‑platform). Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital tools applied to value creation. Ability to identify innovation opportunities through data analysis, field observation, and internal user feedback. Experience as a solution architect, leading tactical projects, pilots, or proof‑of‑concept initiatives. Ability to define scalable, secure solutions aligned with business needs. Knowledge of cloud architectures and infrastructures, software design, data modeling, cybersecurity, methodologies, and standards. Skill in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing change in operational environments. Knowledge of operational indicators (timelines, reprocessing, punctuality, efficiency). Ability to document processes (flowcharts, instructions, manuals). Effective communication and practical focus on field implementation. Key Responsabilities: Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in operational processes through data analysis, field observation, and direct collaboration with user areas, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives in safety, punctuality, and efficiency. Lead tactical innovation projects by defining activities, responsibilities, timelines, and success criteria, ensuring execution aligned with the area’s strategy. Monitor performance indicators (savings, time reduction, improvement in internal user experience) and propose adjustments to maximize results. Document implemented changes through flowcharts, instructions, and training materials, ensuring proper standardization. Coordinate communication and change management with operational leaders to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes. Collaborate as a liaison with internal areas such as Operations, Maintenance, Airports, and IT, as well as with technology providers, validating the operational, technical, and regulatory feasibility of each initiative. Support relationships with technology providers and conduct benchmarking with other airlines on specific innovation projects. The Full Stack Mobile Leader will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing digital innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the airline’s operational processes, ensuring proper field implementation and alignment with the strategy defined by the Manager of Innovation and Systems Integration. The role’s impact will be directly tied to operational safety, punctuality, and efficiency, enabling scalable, secure, and business‑aligned technological solutions.
