Salary: $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Solid experience developing WordPress websites (custom themes and plugins)
  • Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Working knowledge of LAMP/LEMP stacks
  • Familiarity with Linux server environments and web hosting
  • Basic AWS experience (EC2, RDS, Route53, S3)
  • Git version control and basic shell scripting
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in full stack web development
  • 2+ years working with Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Full Stack PHP Developer who is confident working with WordPress and comfortable managing server environments. This role involves supporting web applications, maintaining hosting infrastructure, and collaborating closely with our development team.
You’ll be responsible for both frontend and backend development, as well as occasional sys admin duties such as server provisioning, security, and uptime monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites (custom themes, plugins, performance, etc.)
  • Work across the full stack using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Support web applications, including Magento 2 and Laravel (nice to have)
  • Troubleshoot hosting and integration issues for internal teams and clients
  • Provision and maintain Linux-based servers (primarily AWS EC2 and RDS)
  • Monitor system health and ensure site uptime and performance
  • Manage server-related tasks: DNS, SSL, caching, backups, and web application firewalls
