This role offers the chance to take full ownership of product development, working across the front-end, back-end, and AI/LLM integrations to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. The Full Stack Product Developer will work closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams to build new features, improve user experience, and maintain system stability. Remote collaboration is supported, but some overlap with US-based team hours is expected. Accountabilities Build, test, and deploy new features end-to-end across the full product stack. Improve UI/UX design to enhance user engagement and product usability. Write and maintain test code to ensure product reliability and stability. Develop and evaluate AI/LLM prompts and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in continuous learning and improvement cycles to optimize development processes. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and maintaining engineering best practices. Professional coding experience, typically 3–5 years, with at least 1–2 years in JavaScript; strong drive and potential considered for junior developers. Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js) and back-end technologies (TypeScript, Express.js, GCP, MySQL/Drizzle ORM). Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and AssemblyAI. Ability to implement solutions with minimal documentation and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ownership-driven, with a growth mindset and eagerness to see projects through to completion.
