As a Full-Stack Product Engineer, you will be at the forefront of building an AI-powered platform that transforms the vacation rental industry. You will be empowered to innovate rapidly, tackle complex technical challenges, and contribute directly to the evolution of a fully autonomous AI platform that manages entire rental portfolios. \n Accountabilities Build core platform features using React, Next.js, PHP, and Laravel with AI-assisted development workflows. Transform design specifications into functional code instantly through integrated design-to-code tools. Engineer real-time booking systems handling guest communications, pricing updates, and multi-platform synchronization. Deploy features quickly using AI-enhanced development processes to maintain a competitive edge. Scale applications to support millions of bookings and guest interactions while ensuring code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the product lifecycle. Requirements 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including 3+ years with React, Next.js, and PHP Laravel. Daily experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor IDE and Claude Code, integrated with Figma MCP workflows. Strong technical foundation in React, Next.js, PHP, Laravel, unit testing, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, and Git. Experience with Docker for local development and deployment. Proven ability to work with high-load systems and complex real-time architectures. Demonstrated capacity to deliver features at accelerated speed using AI tools.
