About the Role: We are seeking a Client Solutions Strategist with a strong background in accounting or law, within a logistics or warehousing environment. In this role, you will focus on auditing software systems and UPS/FedEx invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies. Your expertise will ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough audits of UPS/FedEx invoices to identify billing errors, overcharges, and discrepancies. Review and assess software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports and summaries of audit findings with actionable recommendations. Develop and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimise processes. Stay updated on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to shipping and billing. Qualifications and Skills: Proven accounting experience, specifically within a logistics or warehousing company. Proven experience in auditing, invoicing, billing and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is a plus. Proficiency in auditing tools and software; advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
