THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic, fast-paced tech team at an early-to-mid-stage startup. In this pivotal role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our tech stack, maximise Salesforce functionality, and drive innovation that directly enhances patient care. Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visual Force.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) for integrations.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Front-end development skills such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience with custom app development and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Salesforce certifications are highly advantageous
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customised solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement user interfaces with a high degree of usability and accessibility standards.
  • Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and integration processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and enhancements to make recommendations for improvements.
