What you'll do Design and build high-quality, scalable software. Set standards for clean code, design patterns, and unit testing. Solve complex technical challenges with both immediate and long-term impact. Guide junior engineers in technical and professional growth. Partner with product teams, architects, and UX designers to create seamless solutions. Identify and implement process optimizations. Stay ahead of technology trends, championing innovative tools and practices.
