Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Primary Responsibilities: Application Development: Design and develop complex, scalable and maintainable applications using .NET Framework/Core and C# while adhering to best practices Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, including code reviews, technical training and support for problem-solving System Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and architecture ensuring alignment with business goals and system scalability Deployment & Optimization: Oversee deployments, troubleshoot advanced issues and implement performance optimization strategies across production and pre-production environments Documentation: Lead the creation of comprehensive technical documentation, including system design documents, user manuals and deployment guides Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in the development process, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and code quality Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, quality assurance and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time Research & Innovation: Explore new technologies, frameworks and methodologies to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge of software development Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field plus a minimum of 3 years of related experience or 7 plus years of related experience. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Framework and .NET Core. Experience with Python and C++ for application development, scripting, or performance-focused components.
