Title: Full Stack Software Developer
Location: Pacific Time Zone - San Diego area-based operation
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-time
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years of experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in software development and a strong
background in Firebase, Flutter and/or FlutterFlow to build high-quality, scalable applications.
This role involves working on the full development lifecycle, from designing and coding to
deploying and maintaining applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and assisting to build
out modern DevOps practices.
This is a part-time software developer (Equity-based) opportunity at a newly created company
that is building a specialized, mobile-focused customer relationship management (CRM)
application out of the San Diego, CA, area. We value drive and accomplishment over location,
but due to this stage of optimization, the role requires a US-based person with Pacific Time
availability for collaboration (flexibility for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter and

FlutterFlow.

  • Build and optimize backend services using Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud

Functions, Storage) and other cloud-based technologies.

  • Design and implement APIs using REST or GraphQL, integrating with third-party

services as needed.

  • Manage state management using Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC for efficient data

handling.

  • Ensure app security and performance through best practices in authentication,

authorization, and cloud rules.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments to GCP.
  • Utilize DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, Terraform, and Docker for

infrastructure management and application scaling.

  • Optimize databases using Firestore, PostgreSQL, or MySQL for structured and

unstructured data handling.

  • Monitor application health and performance using Google Cloud Logging &

Monitoring (Stackdriver).

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to build

user-friendly applications that meet business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of software development experience with a focus on frontend and backend

technologies.

  • Proficiency in Flutter (Dart) and FlutterFlow for mobile and web development.
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions,

FCM, Storage).

  • Strong understanding of backend development and cloud computing concepts.
  • Experience with API development (GraphQL or REST) and integrating third-party

services.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes (GKE), or Cloud

Run.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Cloud

Build.

  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or

hybrid setting.

  • Experience releasing prior work on iOS and Android mobile applications, including

deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of Fastlane for automating Flutter app deployment.
  • Experience with Pub/Sub or Redis for event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and Material Design / Cupertino frameworks.
  • Previous experience working with AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Familiarity with FIGMA, Photoshop, React, Adobe XD, Sketch, GitHub, Vercel.
  • Strong security and UI/UX experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
