As a Full stack software engineer you are responsible for building new features, bug fixing, and improving existing functionality in Axon. Axon is our standard SaaS platform supporting all core insurance processes.
You will collaborate closely with design engineers and test engineers, actively participating in refinement, sprint planning, and demoing your work during sprint reviews. At times, you will also have the opportunity to interact directly with customers during these meetings.
As a medior engineer, you are expected to participate in code reviews of other developers on the team. The complexity of the code you review will increase gradually as you gain experience.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who strives to bring teams, codebases, and development practices in line with the latest industry standards.
