What you'll do As a hands-on Full Stack Engineer, you’ll partner with the Engineering Lead and the wider Apps & Integrations team to bring one of our newest products to life. Currently at proof-of-concept stage, you’ll play a key role in delivering the MVP and shaping what comes next. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end technologies - though with a stronger focus on front-end development, contributing to new initiatives and supporting existing platforms. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-focused software that makes an impact. To make this happen, you will: Build responsive web apps using SvelteKit/NextJS Write and maintain reliable backend services in C#/.NET Contribute to architectural decisions and improving our CI/CD and cloud infrastructure Squash bugs and maintain the health of existing systems Collaborate in agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives Work collaboratively with team members and a variety of other LEAP personnel. What you'll bring 4+ years’ experience in software development Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks like NextJS or Svelte Familiarity with backend development using C#, Node.js or similar Experience working with REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containers (e.g. Docker) Experience with LLMs and other emerging AI technologies A collaborative mindset and good communication skills Self-motivation and a desire to take ownership of work You are the type of person who Is a proactive communicator with a collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise Has the ability to think out of the box – not all our tasks are standard so neither are the solutions Is passionate about keeping up with the latest trends and best practices - you are driven by your curiosity to always be better Is flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment - you can pivot quickly based on feedback and evolving project requirements LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
