Why this role matters: We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Customer Dashboard team and help enhance Vonage Customer Dashboard. As part of the team, you’ll contribute to both new feature development and production improvements, with a strong focus on quality, fault tolerance, and performance. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real-time communications and event-driven systems. Your key responsibilities: Our Engineers work on an exciting mix of both greenfield and existing projects, giving them an opportunity to explore new technologies. You will develop both frontend and backend solutions, take part in enhancing our range of connectors and services. You will collaborate with the other team members, product manager and other teams to deliver world-class products across multiple platforms. What you'll bring Required: Strong frontend experience - Vue.js preferable but other popular frameworks considered. Strong backend experience - Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot / Spring Framework Excellent debugging and problem solving skills. Experience with automated testing frameworks and platforms. DB knowledge (MySQL / Aurora) Source management (Git) / Agile development techniques. Effective remote collaboration and communication skills. Experience we consider a plus: Familiarity in API design and/or SDK development. Experience building agentic AI solutions.
