Accountabilities: As a Full Stack Sr. Software Engineer / Team Lead, you will be responsible for: Leading and mentoring a team of 3–5 engineers across frontend and backend development. Planning, coding, and shipping features while maintaining high-quality code standards. Translating epics and user stories into technical specifications and development tasks. Reviewing pull requests and guiding the team to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions. Managing project delivery timelines, removing blockers, and triaging production issues. Collaborating with other managers and leads to optimize platform performance, reliability, and quality. Ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, automated testing, and technical hygiene. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical and leadership skills: 2+ years of management or leadership experience with successful software engineering teams. 4+ years of professional experience with Django (DRF) and React. Experience with asynchronous task management (Celery preferred). Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL. Proven ability to solve challenging technical problems.
