Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Team Lead at Cyera, you’ll lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of engineers while staying hands-on in building our product end-to-end. Lead and mentor: Manage a team of full-stack developers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and support to ensure successful delivery. Work with massive scale: Our customers have Petabytes of cloud assets and sensitive data, you will be responsible for extracting insights and delivering them through both UI and API Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with PMs to shape product scope, with UI/UX designers to curate the best frontend, and work closely with other development teams Optimize relentlessly: Continuously improve performance, efficiency, and stability —whether in pipelines, monitoring, or production workflows, or developers' infra and velocity. Deliver impact quickly: We are moving fast at Cyera, we aim to deliver a lot without compromise on the quality and value. Requirements 4+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer. 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring engineers. Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or a similar frontend framework. Backend expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, .NET, or similar—and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to provide technical guidance and lead architectural decisions.
