Freelance Web Developer:

REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE & SKILLS)

• 2–3 years of proven experience in full-stack website development.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) or ability to build a custom CMS, node.js, React, CSS, etc.
• Experience in integrating APIs, payment gateways (Stripe), and third-party services.

• Build from Scratch – Architect, design, and develop a complete web application from the ground up, covering both the frontend and backend.
• Develop Advanced Features, including:
• User Management – Authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions.
• Catalogue System – Dynamic content with search, filters, and categorisation.
• Scheduling System – Calendar integration, time zone handling, and booking management.
• Learning Support – Course management, progress tracking, assessments, and multimedia.
• Engagement & Gamification – Leader boards, badges, points, and notifications.
• Admin & Support Tools – Dashboards, analytics, content moderation, and support ticketing.
• Integrations – APIs, third-party tools, CRM, LMS, and payment gateways.
• Accessibility & Mobile-first Design – Compliance with WCAG and device optimisation.
• Payments & Subscriptions – Recurring billing, invoicing, and multi-currency support.
• Bring Blogs to Life – Create a fully functional blog from scratch, complete with easy content management, organised categories, SEO-friendly design, and clean code that makes updates smooth and hassle-free.
• Focus on Performance & Security – Ensure quick load times, clean and optimised code, strong authentication, and other data protection standards.
• Test Everything – Run unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to make sure releases are bug-free.
• Document Clearly – Write and maintain easy-to-follow documentation for both your code and systems.
• SEO - Understanding of SEO best practices for web applications.
