Atlantic Coast Mortgage’s Marketing Team is seeking a versatile, highly motivated, and forward-thinking Full Stack Web & CRM Developer to help elevate our digital ecosystem. In this role, you’ll enhance and extend our CRM platform (Creatio/NextWave) by developing new features, automations, and integrations that improve lead management and marketing efficiency. You’ll maintain and optimize our corporate website (WordPress) to ensure performance, accessibility, and brand consistency. Additionally, you’ll build new and innovative web applications, leveraging modern frameworks to extend and enhance our external customer experiences. This full-time position is part of the marketing team and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Work Experience: · 5+ years professional software development experience. · 3+ years building Full Stack web applications (backend/frontend) · Building with modern JavaScript frameworks (NextJS and React) · Maintaining and extending WordPress website functionality (PHP/JavaScript/HTML/CSS) · Strong experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). · Proven ability to design, build, and consume RESTful APIs · Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries (unions, subqueries, etc.) · Strong UI/UX design skills, with the ability to balance usability, performance, and brand alignment. · Understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, role-based access control). · Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, Material-UI, etc.). · Experience integrating AI tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain) into web or CRM workflows. · Disciplined in version control best practices and experience with Git/GitHub workflows, including branching, pull requests, and version control best practices. · Deep knowledge of mobile-first design principles and responsive development. · Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and a working knowledge of LLM-based applications. · Strong visual design sensibility, balancing creativity with technical execution. · Exposure to CI/CD pipelines. · Experience deploying and managing web applications using modern hosting and deployment platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability in production. · Experienced in creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) as part of the development process. · Experience with CRM systems and development, including business process automation and data integrations via APIs and webhooks.
