REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Front-End & Back-End Development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular, PHP/Node.js/Python).
  • Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and API integration.
  • Solid background in Digital Marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience managing and growing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Web Development (Front-End & Back-End):
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications.
  • Work on server-side integration, databases, and APIs for high-performance solutions.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, security, and scalability.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, SEO, Email, etc.).
  • Manage, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools.
  • Collaboration & Optimization:
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and web functionalities.
  • Implement strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.
