COMPANY & ROLE OVERVIEW

ExperiGreen is on a mission to become the most loved lawn care company in America. As we expand through acquisition and organic growth, our digital infrastructure must scale just as quickly. We’re seeking a proactive, technically versatile Full Stack Web Developer to architect and manage a dynamic, scalable, and conversion-optimized digital ecosystem across all ExperiGreen brands.
In this role, you’ll own the full web stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end routing and API integrations. You’ll lead the unification of multiple brand sites into a centralized, modular platform, onboarding new acquisitions, integrating CRM and analytics tools, and building features that enhance the user journey from first click to closed sale.
This is a hands-on, system-building role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys delivering user-centric, data-powered experiences across multiple business units.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and maintain responsive, mobile-first web properties across multiple brands
  • Lead CMS consolidation (WordPress, Webflow, or headless) and modular site architecture
  • Manage back-end logic and API integrations with CRMs, analytics, and third-party tools
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems (e.g., UTM attribution, dynamic phone numbers)
  • Build reusable landing page and form templates with progressive data capture and validation
  • Ensure performance standards: fast load times, uptime, accessibility, SEO, security
  • Handle site onboarding for newly acquired brands: migration, configuration, optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics to deploy campaign-driven experiences
  • Monitor infrastructure health (performance audits, error tracking, uptime)

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Your work is the engine of our digital growth. Our websites don’t just represent the brand—they drive conversions, track results, and power our expansion across regions and acquisitions. As ExperiGreen grows, your code will be the infrastructure that keeps us fast, unified, and customer-focused.
