Role overview: We’re seeking a Web Developer with hands-on experience in Python, MoviePy, FFmpeg, and React/Webpack to build and optimize video-related workflows. You’ll work closely with a diverse team to develop robust web features, integrate video players, and ensure top-notch performance and user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Video Processing: Use Python, MoviePy, and FFmpeg to create, edit, and optimize video content.
  • Front-End Development: Build and maintain video players using React and Webpack.
  • Code Maintenance: Write clean, scalable code (Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP).
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance web solutions.
  • Quality & Performance: Test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune web and video features for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Python, MoviePy, and FFmpeg.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, Webpack, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., PHP, MySQL) and AWS.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical collaboration.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with Laravel or another PHP MVC framework.
  • Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development.
  • Proven experience in REST API design and development.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the LEMP stack (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP).
  • Strong skills in database design and optimization to support complex web applications.
