Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide Bagira is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer Team Leader to join our engineering team at Bagira. Responsibilities: Develop frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and CSS. Develop backend services with Node.js, Express, NestJS, Knex, and microservices. Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. Build hybrid solutions with Ionic (advantage: Electron). Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Collaborate with product, UX, and system engineering teams to deliver high-quality features. Direct management of a team of developers, including monitoring tasks and performance according to priorities. Requirements 5+ years of frontend experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, Ionic (Electron – advantage). 5+ years of backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Knex, and microservices. Hands-on experience with hybrid mobile development (Android Studio – advantage). Proficiency with MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Practical experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
