Description:

trades.org is a recently funded technology company that helps trade professionals (general contractors, plumbers, electricians) start, run, and grow their small businesses. We’re looking for skilled Full-stack Web Developers who want to join our global team and are excited to help our customers build businesses that impact on the world around them.- Creating new templates and components, developing and maintaining the database and server-side logic for our website builder tool, ensuring efficient and secure data management for our customers’ websites- Building the front-end and back-end for our applicant tracking system (ATS), customer relationship management system (CRM), and other new products, enabling seamless communication with the front-end and ensuring smooth functioning of the overall system- Ensure a smooth integration of the front and back ends.To be successful in this role, you should have: - fluency in English, Spanish, or both- expertise at the basics: HTML, CSS, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and be very comfortable building and interacting with API using REST and GraphQL- expertise in React and statement management (Apollo Client, Redux, RTK)- expertise with TailwindCSS (we also use DaisyUI on top of Tailwind)- expertise at authentication strategies (HTTP Basic, API Keys, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc)- expertise designing and working with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)- expertise with Node.js Frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js, Hapi.js, etc.)- experience with Serverless Computing (AWS Lambda, Microsoft Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions, Vercel Functions, etc.)- experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm or Kubernetes)- experience writing automated tests like Unit, Integration, Functional, End-to-end or performance testing- component-driven design- design tools like Figma, Chromatic, Storybook, and Zeplin- Vite, Rollup, Yarn, and Yarn PnP- communication APIs (Twilio, Mailgun)- Google APIs- Facebook APIs- monorepos- design PatternsWhy Us: We care about our team.
