Our warm and welcoming family in Tamarama is seeking a proactive, organised, and loving full-time nanny/housekeeper to care for their two young daughters and help keep their home running smoothly. Located close to parks and beaches, with a pool on-site, this is an ideal role for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle alongside thoughtful home organisation.
This role is perfect for a nanny who thrives in a multi-faceted position, balancing childcare with household duties. With both girls attending daycare, daytime hours will focus on home management tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping, tidying, and keeping the kitchen and pantry well-stocked. When the children are at home, the focus will shift to creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment for play, learning, and relaxation.
The family values someone who is highly organised, a self-starter, and able to anticipate needs without constant direction. They are looking for a nanny who will bring warmth and stability to the children’s days, while also helping to create a harmonious, well-run household.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Providing safe, nurturing care for two children
• Planning and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
• Swimming supervision and participation in pool activities
• Driving children to/from daycare and running household errands
• General housekeeping tasks (laundry, vacuuming, tidying, dusting, meal prep, grocery shopping)
• Organising household items and maintaining an orderly environment
• Supporting routines and assisting during busy family times
• Occasional overnight care when both parents are away

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

• Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 3+ years of nanny and household management experience
• 2+ Australian-based references in child-related roles
• National Police Check
• Excellent communication skills and initiative
• Valid Driver’s Licence (family car provided)
• Ability to swim and supervise water activities
• High level of organisation and ability to work independently
