Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive strategic growth within a fast-paced advertising agency environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the senior point of contact for key client accounts, building trusted partnerships and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance, support, and direction across all stages of campaign development. Translate client strategies into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, and production teams. Oversee campaign delivery — managing budgets, timelines, and outputs to ensure flawless execution and measurable impact. Drive strategic conversations with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term collaboration. Collaborate with agency leadership to develop account plans, new business opportunities, and revenue growth strategies. Anticipate and resolve challenges proactively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction while protecting agency interests. Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity. Requirements • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in account management or client service, with at least 2 years at Account Director level within an advertising or marketing agency. Proven ability to lead strategic client relationships and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and internal teams. Strong grasp of brand strategy, digital marketing, and creative processes, with a focus on driving measurable business results. Highly organized, able to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Proficient in project management and CRM tools, with strong reporting and presentation capabilities. Reliable, proactive, and available to work full-time on-site in Bedfordview.
