Position Overview Corzly is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our remote team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with solid accounting and bookkeeping experience who is comfortable handling reconciliations, owner statements, payroll support, and financial recordkeeping in a fast-paced virtual environment Key Responsibilities Reconcile payments received from platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other internal systems Prepare and send accurate owner statements to clients Maintain organized and accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online Assist with payroll-related tasks for team members Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions Review records for discrepancies and resolve issues quickly Support internal financial reporting and day-to-day accounting tasks Follow company financial procedures and maintain compliance with internal standards Use screen recording and screen sharing tools to communicate updates and document completed work Work closely with the team to support smooth financial operations across the business What We’re Looking For Dependable and consistent Highly detail-oriented Comfortable with repetitive financial tasks that require accuracy Able to meet deadlines without close supervision Professional in communication and responsive during working hours Qualifications Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a related role Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Solid understanding of reconciliations, financial records, and basic accounting principles High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment Strong written and spoken English communication skills Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup Comfortable using screen recording tools for communication and accountability Compensation $500 per month
