QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassionate and respectful demeanor, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and funeral home staff, answering questions and scheduling appointments and services.
  • Record-keeping and data entry.
  • Paperwork Processing and inter-office communication
  • Assist with funeral home communications and coordination.
  • Process paperwork and ensure legal documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team atmosphere.
  • Cleaning of Prayer Room & Washrooms between services
  • Welcoming funeral home staff and guests
  • Assisting with the setup of AV system for Services
