Skintique Beautiful Smiles is a modern Aesthetics and Dental clinic offering advanced skincare, Dental and non-surgical treatments. We are looking for a professional and experienced Aesthetic Therapist who can also manage front-of-house duties with confidence and warmth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics
• Previous experience in a similar dual-role (therapist & receptionist)
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented
• Confident with clinic software (Pabau)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Perform a range of aesthetic treatments (e.g. facials, peels, microneedling, laser – depending on qualifications)
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments
• Greet clients, manage bookings, phone calls, and emails
• Process payments and maintain client records
• Keep reception and treatment rooms clean and presentable
• Promote services, packages, and skincare products
