We are looking for a full time afternoon supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a nature leader with the ability to multi-task efficiently. You will lead a team with up to 3-5 with respect and integrity. The shift runs from 2pm-11pm with some variation’s of start time. The ideal candidate will be able to follow and implement Operational standards as well as maintain excellent health and safety standards. You will supervise and train staff, foster a positive team environment. Manage guest service interaction, addressing any concerns promptly. ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
You must have at least 6 months Tim Hortons experience in a leadership role to be eligible for this position.
This position is not suitable for students.
