IPD Shippharma is a company specialized in supplying medicines and medical appliances to international-trading ships. We are located in Vlaardingen (De Vergulde Hand), 200 meters away from Metro Station Vlaardingen West.
We are looking for a full-time all around logistic employee to join our team. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a diverse team of 8 employees. Our clients are shipping companies from all over the world so no day is the same in your work as all around logistic employee.
No heftruck license required. Regular working hours are between 08:30 – 17:30 with some exceptions. We do not work with rosters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a driver’s license
• Good command of English and Dutch
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Preferably living within 50 -km radius from Vlaardingen
• Experience in logistics and warehouse environment is not required but a plus
• Must have a resident permit and permit to work in the Netherlands. We are not capable of arranging working permits.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

We are looking for someone who will grow with our company. We offer the following salary and benefits:
- Starting salary between €2,500 - €2,600 for a full-time contract of 37.5 hours
- 20 vacation days + 4 days extra on a full-time basis

• Picking, grouping, scanning and packing outgoing orders in 2 locations in Vlaardingen
• Preparing dispatch documents like pack lists, custom documents, etc.
• Delivering orders to ports in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Moerdijk, Ijmuiden, Vlissingen, Terneuzen, Ghent, Antwerp, Willebroek
• Collecting orders from suppliers in the Rotterdam/Amsterdam area
• Assisting in diverse logistic and administrative tasks like receiving and processing inbound orders, labelling, etc
