Job Summary:
We are a real estate team that specializes in resale, and we are seeking both full time and a part-time front desk receptionist/administrative assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years experience with a good command of English, must be proficient in Brokerbay, Skyslope, Google Drive, Canva, and Microsoft Office. A true “team player”!
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Provide administrative support to the real estate team with tasks such as organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
Use Canva to create feature sheets.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE ENVIRONMENT.
Proficient in Canva and Google Drive, Brokerbay, and Skyslope
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work part-time hours.
The full time position is 9-5. The part time position is three nights a week 5-9, two Saturdays and 2 Sundays month. Both opportunities offer candidates to work with a dynamic and innovative real estate team.
