About the Role: USAgain currently has an immediate opening for a Full-time Area Drop Spot Attendant to maintain nine (9) Drop Spots in the Sacramento, Roseville and surrounding areas. The Area Drop Spot Attendant is responsible for maintenance of each location by visiting each Drop Spot, operating a company vehicle, picking up anything left outside, emptying the collection bins, and filling the carts inside the 20’ Drop Spot. Your responsibility goes beyond transportation; you are a key player in our mission, helping to maintain the flow of operations and contributing directly to our sustainability efforts. Drop Spot Locations: Park Place in Sacramento Riverpoint in West Sacramento Country Club Plaza in Sacramento Copperwood Plaza in Citrus Heights Elkhorn Plaza in Sacramento Watt North Highlands in North Highlands Ridge at Creekside in Roseville Campus Oak in Roseville Blue Oaks in Roseville Please note: While the attendant is responsible for the overall maintenance of all nine (9) Drop Spot locations, they will service approximately four to six (4–6) Drop Spots per day. Work Schedule: Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday Start Time: 9:00 AM Pacific Time Duration: 7-8 hours per day Salary: $25.00 per hour Primary Responsibilities: The Drop Spot Attendant sorts clothing and shoes, organizes donations in carts, maintains a clean and debris-free site, distributes flyers to promote the Drop Spots, assists patrons with patience and professionalism, removes or paints over graffiti, and monitors surveillance cameras for assigned locations. It involves consistent physical activity throughout the day, including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Candidates should be prepared for a highly labor-intensive role that requires sustained physical effort. Requirements for the position are as follows: Must be 21 years of age or older No driving accidents in the past three years No more than two tickets in the past 3 years No DUIs in the past 7 years Must be available to work weekends Must be physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. repeatedly Ability to read, comprehend, and follow memos, reports, and various written and/or oral instructions Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

The attendant is responsible for maintaining nine Drop Spots by visiting each location daily using a company vehicle to pick up external items, empty collection bins, and organize donations inside the drop spots. Key duties include sorting clothing, maintaining site cleanliness, distributing promotional flyers, assisting patrons professionally, removing graffiti, and monitoring surveillance cameras.
