Summary As an Assistant Store Manager at Rusty Lantern Markets, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and enhancing the customer experience. Located in New England, this position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring efficient store management. Responsibilities * Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. * Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently by all team members. * Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels. * Assist with budgeting and payroll tasks to ensure financial efficiency. * Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance. * Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records. * Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement. * Collaborate with the management team to improve store performance.
