Sparkanauts is an Award-Winning holistic brain enrichment centre for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Our mission is to nurture curious, confident, and capable learners through structured and engaging parent-accompanied classes.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Full-Time Assistant Teacher to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for working with young children.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm in engaging with children and parents.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Prior experience in early childhood education or enrichment is preferred but not required.
• O-Levels or Diploma qualification preferred (Early Childhood or related field a bonus).

• Support Lead Teachers in delivering enrichment classes.
• Assist with class activities, including preparing materials, managing transitions, and setting up classrooms.
• Help with simple operational tasks such as music changes, mat setup, and teaching aids.
• Welcome parents and ensure a positive classroom experience.
• Encourage children and provide gentle guidance throughout activities.
• Take on more responsibilities as you grow into the role.
  Note: Our classes are parent-accompanied. Assistant Teachers do not conduct lessons independently or handle distressed children alone.
