CORE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School diploma required; post-secondary school diploma, preferred
· A minimum of five years of previous administrative management or clerical experience (Required)

· Strong interpersonal skills to ensure positive interactions with families
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and recommend solutions
