Job Details Job Location: PAOLI, PA 19301 Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.00 Hourly Overview Waynesborough Country Club is looking for an experienced, polished Full-Time Banquet Server to join our banquet & events team. You will help deliver world-class service across weddings, corporate events, private member functions, and large-scale banquets. Key Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to layout, ensuring table settings, linens, glassware, flatware, and décor meet club standards Serve food and beverage items during plated dinners, buffet functions, and passed hors d’oeuvres Manage multiple courses and coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth timing and flow Clear, reset, and reset service stations during and after events Provide attentive service, anticipate guest needs, and address any issues promptly and courteously Assist with clean-up, breaking down room setups, and returning inventory to proper locations Uphold presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism in all guest interactions What We Offer Competitive pay: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance Steady, full-time hours with benefits eligibility Employee meals, club privileges, and other member perks Career growth potential into supervisory or banquet management roles A supportive, professional culture with emphasis on excellence Qualifications Qualifications / Skills Minimum 3–5 years banquet or fine-dining event serving experience, preferably in country clubs, hotels, or upscale catering Strong understanding of food and beverage service, plated courses, buffet logistics, wine & beverage service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand and move for long periods, and to carry trays, plates, etc. Detail oriented, reliable, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
