The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year experience in a busy establishment, great interpersonal skills, be passionate about their work and have desire to develop their knowledge and skills. Knowledge of food is preferred.

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking bookings and organising floor plan
• Making drinks & preparing cocktails in a timely manner

• Taking orders, serving and clearing tables.
