Full Time Bar Manager – Award-Winning Italian Trattoria & Delicatessen
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our award-winning Italian trattoria and delicatessen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent mixology skills, creative flair, strong leadership ability, and a passion for Italian hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding service
Create and maintain a cocktail and drinks menu, with a focus on Italian classics and aperitivo culture
Train staff in cocktails, Italian wines, and aperitivi to enhance guest experience
Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with all EHO and food safety regulations
Share a good knowledge of Italian wines and food pairing with staff and guests
Essential
Previous bar management experience in a busy restaurant or cocktail bar
Excellent mixology skills and creativity
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Preferred
A solid understanding of Italian wines and hospitality
