We are currently on the lookout for a personable and results driven bar supervisor that will come on-board and help take us to the next level. It will be vital that you have experience of a busy, fast paced venue, working with and supporting a team alongside a charismatic approach to customers.
The job role will make you responsible for the operation and supervision of the bar. You will be in charge of the supervision, performance and training of all positions in the bar. There is nothing more important to us than creating memorable experiences, so you will need to be consistently striving to offer the very best in customer service and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. The job role will also require you to establish systems and procedures that can help maintain and grow profitability levels of the stock and ensure that the bar is run in full compliance with our licence at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- To supervise the daily duties of the bar staff.
- To greet all customers in a charismatic way and provide them with a high level of service.
- To have a comprehensive understanding of the bar, our products, specifications and standards.
- To have a genuine passion for people - train, support and develop all bar staff, guide them and provide relevant information and standardization.
- To keep an accurate record of assigned stock and to be responsible for any variances that may occur.
- To ensure that the company property is maintained properly and treated with respect at all times.
- To keep a high level of communication with the management team at all times.
- To encourage a culture of teamwork, training and coaching.
- To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at all times, and to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment in every area of the venue.
- To establish regular schedules, plans and rotations for all bar staff.
- To adhere and to ensure all staff adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- To assist the general manager in the direct operation of the business.
- Other responsibilities as assigned, but not limited to the above.
