Description

Responsible for the maintenance, stocking and cleanliness of the bar, and all other functions which increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team. Stays informed of current menu items and descriptions. Handles side duties including: stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 50lbs. Cleans and assists maintaining bar equipment. Performs opening/running/closing side duties according to Ryman/OEG policy. Ensures responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and alcohol policies. Puts all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles. Makes sure trash receptacles are clean and odor free. Maintains Ryman/OEG safety and sanitation standards. Pars all ice bins to the fullest levels at all times. Pars all bars per venue specification. Attends pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High School diploma or equivalent required Experience One year of experience in food and beverage operations Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong communication skills, demonstrated team player, self starter Licenses / Certifications ABC Certification preferred
