We are currently seeking full-time baristas
Boujee Coffee is a brand new take away coffee shop located in The Old bank Finglas D11.
We are willing to train in the successful candidate with our roasting partner who has a passion and keen interest in speciality coffee.
This will involve being able to work across different roles in the shops
-Milk steaming
- Shots
-Till
Training provided will be focused on
- Understanding and tasting of espresso which we have on offer
- Latte art (from basic to advanced) / Milk consistency
- Ability to explain to customers what retail beans are best to buy based on their preferences and equipment they use at home
Candidates must be available to work Monday-Sunday
Roster times will depend on which days your working.
Typical opening hours between 07:30 - 16:00 Mon-Sun

Dialing in coffee every morning and consistently throughout the day
Keeping up-to-date with our coffee types that we have available.
Educating our customers on coffee types
Keeping the barista area and shop clean, organised and stocked.
Cleaning and maintenance on the coffee machine after closing
Implementing food safety standards (HACCP)
Looking after the cake displays
