Your Responsibilities: ✅ Prepare & Serve Beverages – Craft and serve all drinks to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction. ✅ Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene – Keep the barista and bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked. ✅ Know Your Beverages – Be knowledgeable about coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring guests receive expert recommendations. ✅ Stock Management – Requisition, organise, and set up stock for daily operations. ✅ Follow Regulations – Adhere to licensing laws, Customs & Excise Regulations, health & safety, hygiene, and fire regulations. ✅ Handle Cash & Transactions – Operate the cash register following company procedures. ✅ Glassware & Equipment Care – Ensure all glasses and bar tools are cleaned and in top condition. ✅ Team Collaboration – Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. What We’re Looking For: ✔ 2+ years of experience as a Bartender or Barista in a busy restaurant. ✔ Passion for hospitality with a warm, friendly, and efficient service style. ✔ Fluent English (a second language is a plus). ✔ Attention to detail & high standards in drink preparation and customer service. ✔ Knowledge of licensing laws and Customs & Excise Regulations. ✔ Ability to multitask & work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. ✔ Confidence in working independently & as part of a successful team. ✔ Experience with POS systems & cash handling. ✔ Full permission or a valid visa to work in the EU.
