En tant que Conseiller(ère) en beauté, vous vous efforcez de réussir dans un environnement dynamique en faisant preuve d’initiative et en atteignant les objectifs de vente fixés par la direction supérieure. SUKOSHI MART est à la recherche d’un(e) candidat(e) avec une personnalité enthousiaste, ayant une passion authentique et une connaissance approfondie des produits de beauté et de soins de la peau. Vous appréciez travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant en équipe pour offrir un service à la clientèle de première qualité.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCES

• Une expérience en vente au détail dans le domaine de la beauté et des soins de la peau est un atout, mais un grand intérêt et une volonté d’apprendre sur la beauté coréenne, la beauté japonaise et les produits de beauté asiatiques sont également appréciés, car une formation sera fournie.
• Confiant(e) et à l’aise pour interagir avec les clients afin d’offrir une expérience exceptionnelle.
• Prend l’initiative de réaliser des tâches ou activités sans supervision nécessaire.
• Une disponibilité flexible est fortement privilégiée – disponibilité en soirée et la fin de semaine.
• Ingénieux(se) et polyvalent(e), avec la capacité de s’adapter rapidement aux changements (tendances des produits, politiques du magasin, etc.).
  La date de début prévue pour ce poste sera la mi-août.

You enjoy working independently and as a team to ensure first class customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Retail experience in beauty and skincare is preferred, but a strong interest and willingness to learn about K-Beauty/J-Beauty/Asian beauty products are also welcome, as training will be provided.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
• Flexible availability is highly preferred– evening and weekend availability.
• Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.).
  The expected start date for this position will be mid-August.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $16.25 per hour
  Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
