OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive environment for both employees and clients.

OPERATIONS & CLIENT EXPERIENCE

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or salon industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Strong customer service ethic with a calm, professional approach
• Proficient in time management to balance multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.
• Confident using booking and POS software (e.g., Shortcuts, premier spa or similar)
• NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy and advanced aesthetic treatments
