Join a dynamic, growing team of BCBAs at CREST Collaborative. CREST Collaborative currently supports students with various diagnoses and individualized needs to achieve their highest potential academically, socially, and behaviorally. There are 6 BCBAs under one roof at CRESTs campus in Andover, MA with a Lead BCBA providing support, supervision, and mentoring as needed. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, teachers, clinicians, nurses, etc., daily as these services are also provided in-house.ABOUT THE POSITIONThe BCBA reports directly to the Program Director, Assistant Program Director, and Lead BCBA.
The BCBA position supports our programs and students at 20 Shattuck Rd in Andover, MA. Typically, travel is not required for the position. CREST follows the Massachusetts public school schedule with 184 contracted days and 24 optional summer school days. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 - 3:30.
RESPONSIBILITIESComplete FBAs / behavior observations as neededDevelop individualized behavior plansContribute to IEP development and write quarterly progress updatesMaintain a caseload of consult-only IEP grid hours Competently understand and demonstrate Safety Care procedures (training provided on site)Support in de-escalation and behavior management as needed. Model and demonstrate strategies using a hands-on approach with students. Appropriately support and create plans based on the students age, individual needs or disabilities, social skills, and developmental level Manage data collection: Designing individualized data collection/data sheets, overseeing the data collection methods, and ongoing analysis of data, as well as providing training to staff on data collection methodsConduct staff training and lead professional development as necessaryProvide ongoing supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs)Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, PTs, teachers, clinicians, support staff, RBTs, leadership, etc.Collaborate with the direct services team (teacher, support staff, RBT, etc.) to implement behavior plans or specific behavior support strategies to increase skill acquisition of targeted academic areas and oversee implementation of the behavior strategie
