YOUR ROLE:

As a Café Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our café—from serving food and managing tables to supporting the kitchen and barista teams. You’ll bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach to everything you do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve food and beverages efficiently providing a positive customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the café floor, service areas, and self-service stations
• Assist in clearing tables and resetting for the next customers
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams with general duties
• Replenish stock and monitor supplies during service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
• Ensure every customer receives a warm and helpful experience
