We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional in-home support to clients. Located in the United States, this role is vital in ensuring our clients receive the compassionate care they need to thrive. As a Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

• Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and document clients’ health status and report any changes
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical appointments
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Foster positive relationships with clients and their families
• Support clients in engaging with their community and maintaining independence
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
