Asbury Grace Park (Stroudsburg, PA) Personal Care Home Licensed for 92 Beds Secured Memory Care Unit Job Description A Certified Medication Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. This Full-Time position demands unwavering attention to detail, strict adherence to protocols, and a commitment to providing exceptional care. We offer a competitive benefits package and generous salary starting at $17 per hour. This position requires availability for weekends and holidays as needed. Provide essential assistance to residents with activities of daily living, maintaining their dignity and independence. Administer medications with utmost precision and safety, including oral, ophthalmic, optic, nasal, rectal, and topical forms, as prescribed by the physician. Implement a rigorous three-step verification process before administering any medication: Confirm resident identity Verify correct medication Ensure proper dosage, form, route, timing, and frequency (e.g., 1 hour after meals) Maintain compliance with medication labeling requirements to prevent potential errors. Uphold the highest standards of care and safety in all aspects of medication management and resident interaction.
