The Bailie Hotel is seeking three experienced chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver high-quality food to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
• Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, health, and safety
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist in menu development and daily specials when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
